We are looking for someone to join our team in a full-time capacity to lead our restaurant, Aqua. Located on the banks of the beautiful Hastings River, Aqua restaurant is a part of the award-winning Westport Club. This role will provide you with a platform to inspire the next generation of hospitality stars and hone the skills of a talented hospitality team.
This role is perfect for an individual who has a passion for the restaurant industry and knows how to deliver an outstanding customer experience to every single guest that we welcome into the club. Your excellence in communication, calmness under pressure and ability to mentor others will demonstrate your expertise to the Aqua team and guide them to achieve greatness.
Qualifications
Friendly and energetic with exceptional communication skills and ability to remain calm under pressure
Prior leadership experience managing a restaurant or similar fast-paced venue
A passion for excellent customer service & the ability to guide a team to success
NSW RSA and RCG qualifications (or the ability to obtain these before starting)
Flexibility and adaptability as split shifts, nights, weekends and public holidays will be required

Salary range: Starting at $76,515.
