B&F Team Leader
Job Summary
The primary responsibility is to greet and welcome guests, escort them to their seats, manage guest requests and enquiries, support B&F operations, activate B&F programming, offer B&F services, and continuously engage with guests to create vibrant experiences.
Core Work Activities
* Ensuring the cleanliness of the outlet and surrounding areas.
* Performing team leader duties and assisting the team.
* Attending to guest requests and beverage and food orders.
* Reporting any maintenance concerns.
* Ensuring the outlet is fully stocked with guest amenities.
* Assisting the wider B&F team as required.
* Ensuring equipment and storerooms are clean and maintained.
* Using appropriate chemicals for cleaning purposes while maintaining safe practices.
