The Role

We're looking for an Account Manager to lead and grow client relationships. You'll own day-to-day communication, drive new product development, and help brands scale through repeatable success. This is a hands-on role for someone who thrives on building trust, solving problems, and delivering results.

What You'll Do

* Manage a portfolio of beauty clients, acting as their trusted point of contact
* Build and grow accounts through upselling, cross-selling, and long-term planning
* Align client goals with the right product and business strategies
* Lead clients through product development and re-order cycles
* Keep clients and internal teams informed with clear, timely updates
* Introduce new product ideas that support each client's brand vision
* Streamline the product development process and remove roadblocks
* Forecast demand and manage re-orders to ensure smooth delivery
* Track product performance and pricing to support commercial goals
* Share relevant trends and insights to inform product and strategy decisions

About You

* Proven success in strategic account management, preferably within manufacturing, supply chain, beauty, or B2B technology sectors
* Strong commercial acumen and a track record of revenue growth through account expansion
* Excellent communication, influencing, and problem-solving skills
* Strong project management capabilities and ability to manage multiple priorities
* Passionate about innovation, sustainability, and creating customer-centric value
