We are seeking an individual to join our team in a versatile support role combining sales engagement, project cost estimation, and cross-functional coordination to support the business development lifecycle from initial client contact through project handover.
Key Responsibilities
Sales & Client Engagement Support
* Preparation of presentations and proposals
* Support maintenance of relationships with existing clients
Estimation & Costing Support
* Support analysis of project specifications, drawings, and scope documents
* Support preparation of detailed cost estimates including materials, labor, equipment, and overheads
* Liaise with suppliers and subcontractors for pricing
* Review and validate estimates for accuracy and competitiveness
Project Coordination Support
* Assist with tender preparation and submission processes
* Support Coordination of pre-contract activities and clarifications
* Support project handover to operations teams
* Support tracking of project performance against estimates for continuous improvement
Administrative & Reporting Support
* Maintain CRM systems and sales pipelines
* Prepare sales forecasts and reports
* Support Project documentation - contracts, RFQs, and correspondence
Required Skills & Attributes
* Strong numerical and analytical abilities
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Technical understanding of industry/products
* Proficiency with excel and MS Office
* Commercial awareness and business acumen
* Time management and ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously
