Responsibilities
* Provide administrative support to ensure smooth daily operations.
* Manage and maintain accurate records and documentation.
* Assist with scheduling meetings and coordinating appointments.
* Respond to emails and phone inquiries in a timely manner.
* Support Human Resources team with on‑boarding and off‑boarding employees.
* Support Finance team with goods receipting process and employee expense reimbursements.
* Assist with credit card reconciliations.
* Book flights and accommodation.
* Book operational training requirements.
* Support site training mobilisation.
* Update training compliance records.
* Travel to site once a month.
Qualifications
* Previous experience in an administrative or team support role.
* Strong organisational and time‑management skills.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
* Attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem‑solving.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
* Experience using SAP.
* Valid Australian driver's licence.
* Full working rights in Australia.
