About the role
This is an exciting opportunity to diversify your current role and assist consumers to access NDIS services that they are entitled to.
The NDIS Mental Health Program Lead works across the City of Greater Shepparton Area and Moira, Mitchell, Strathbogie and Murrindindi shires.
At present funding is for a fixed period however is likely to be extended in the future.
The objective of this position is to build an effective operational interface between the Health Service’s and the National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS), to ensure consumers and carers are supported to access and participate in the NDIS.
We are looking for:
4. Qualified Registered Nurses, Social Workers, Occupational Therapists and Psychologists
5. Driver's license essential
6. Clinicians with knowledge of NDIS
7. People wanting to advocate for consumers to access their entitlements
