We are looking for determined and passionate Cooks and Chefs of various levels to join our team at the Iris Hotel Group.
All Iris properties in Alice Springs, NT - (Gap View Hotel, Todds Tavern, Stay at Alice Springs Resort, Diplomat Motel, Mercure Alice Springs Resort)
The right person for the role will be a driven individual that enjoys the rush of a busy service and is adept at managing every area of the kitchen. You will be part of an experienced kitchen team and will lead by example in this varied role, executing a casual bistro menu.

• Previous chef/cook experience within a similar fast-paced environment
• The ability to run a smooth, organized service
• Team leadership skills
• Passionate about the end product
• Professional, polished appearance (for our open kitchen)
• A positive attitude
• Desire to succeed in your chosen career
• At least Certificate IV in Cookery + two years full-time experience OR four years of experience.
• Salary range $76,600 to $90,000, depending on position and experience.
