Our team takes pride in providing exceptional patient care using the latest technology, and our practice is open 7 days a week from 10:00am to 10:00pm to meet our patients' needs.
We are currently seeking an experienced Dental Receptionist to join our friendly and professional team on a part-time basis. This role is the first point of contact for our patients and plays a key part in ensuring a welcoming and smooth experience for everyone who visits our practice. Responsibilities include managing appointments, greeting patients, handling phone enquiries, and supporting the clinical team with administrative tasks. To Be Successful In This Role, You Will Have
* 1-2 years of experience in a dental reception or similar administrative role (highly regarded)
* Excellent communication and customer service skills with the ability to build rapport with patients
* A professional presentation and friendly, welcoming manner
* Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
* Flexibility with availability and a commitment to teamwork
* Experience with D4W software
