Project Manager – HVAC Commercial Projects Division
We’re seeking a seasoned and driven Project Manager to join our Commercial Projects Division, delivering large-scale HVAC projects across the commercial and industrial sectors.
Working closely with our Engineering HVAC Manager, you will take ownership of major projects from award through to completion, ensuring safety, technical excellence, commercial performance and client satisfaction.
This is an opportunity for a capable mechanical services professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is confident managing complex Design & Construct (D&C) and fully documented projects.
Package:
* $120k to $140k + Super

What you will be doing:
* Leading the end-to-end delivery of large commercial HVAC projects.
* Managing project budgets, cost control, forecasting and financial performance
* Coordinating internal engineering teams, site supervisors, subcontractors and suppliers
* Modular building HVAC factory fitouts, including regional site completion
* Overseeing procurement, programme management and construction sequencing
* Reviewing and coordinating mechanical services designs, drawings and technical documentation
* Managing client relationships, consultant liaison and stakeholder communication
* Ensuring compliance with WHS, quality standards, contractual obligations and regulatory requirements
* Driving commissioning, testing and successful project handover
* Identifying and managing project risks, variations and commercial opportunities
* Regional or interstate travel as required
What you’ll bring:
* Proven experience delivering commercial HVACR or mechanical services projects, including estimation.
* Strong knowledge of D&C project environments
* Demonstrated ability to manage budgets, contracts and programme schedules
* Sound technical understanding of HVAC, Refrigeration and Mechanical services design & construct
* Strong leadership, communication and negotiation skills
* A proactive, solutions-focused mindset with strong organisational capability
* Relevant trade background and/or Degree in Mechanical or Building Services Engineering (preferred)
Additional desirable attributes:
* Familiarity with project management and reporting systems (e.g., AroFlo, SharePoint or similar)
* Ability to mentor and support developing engineers within the team
* Strong commercial acumen and contract administration experience
