Role Description We're looking for a confident, organised Account Manager to help keep things running smoothly across the studio.
You'll be responsible for managing client relationships, developing strategies, studio planning and ensuring the timely delivery of projects from start to finish.
This role suits someone with agency experience, who is looking for a flexible role.
It would suit someone returning to work who's looking for part-time hours that fit around school or other commitments.
Key Responsibilities Lead projects from proposal through to delivery Client liaison: Be the main point of contact, field briefs, manage expectations and keep clients informed Resource planning: Coordinate scheduling and team capacity across projects Account Management: Take ownership of budgets, timelines and project reporting and invoices.
Contribute to strategy work: Collaborate on brand and marketing strategy and presentations to clients.
Team collaboration: Work closely with designers, strategists, developers and partners to deliver great work and contribute to team culture.
What You'll Bring3+ years' experience in account or project management Experience in a creative studio / agency A calm, solutions-focused approach and strong attention to detail Process driven approach, and the ability to juggle multiple project priorities.
