OFFICE OPERATIONS MANAGER
Outstanding opportunity in a rapidly growing construction company to provide leadership and administration expertise to establish office procedures which encourage efficiency and meet the demands of clients and staff, manage the office.
The operations manager will be focusing on the following tasks:
- Responsible for the smooth running of the office.
- Formalise and document office procedures and keep them regularly updated.
- Provide leadership for the team - including coaching, resource planning, events, development, issue resolution etc.
- Point of contact for office staff
- Control of office budgets, contracts, and systems.
- Manages office supplies and continue to negotiate best value for the company.
- Project Management.
- Formalise new employee administration onboarding and departure processes.
- Ensure that WHS policy is adhered to ensure the safety of all employees
- Managing and assisting with company software management when required.
YOU
We are looking for an individual who has hands on office management experience with outstanding interpersonal and communication skills who is results driven and focussed on continued improvement, yet considerate of the existing team and the impact of any change may have.
Prior experience of office management will be highly regarded.
**Salary**: $70,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
