We are seeking an experienced Group Finance Manager to lead our finance and administration functions.
 * Oversee Accounts Officer in AP/AR and payroll processing, ensuring accurate and timely financial transactions.
 * Manage cash flow, reconciliations, and end-of-month processes to maintain financial stability.
 * Prepare and submit statutory lodgments, including BAS, IAS, PAYG, superannuation, and other required documents.
 * Lead HR administration, including contracts, onboarding, and policies, to ensure compliance and efficiency.
 * Oversee IT systems and vendor relationships to maintain effective technology infrastructure.
 * Produce management and financial reports, collaborating with external accountants/auditors as necessary.
 * Drive process improvements across finance and administration to enhance productivity and efficiency.
A qualified finance professional with an accounting background and 5+ years' experience in a similar role, proficient in Xero and Excel, is required. Strong knowledge of finance, reporting, and statutory compliance requirements is essential. The ideal candidate will be hands-on, organised, and comfortable managing multiple entities, with excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
This is a 6-month parental leave cover contract, offering flexible part-time working hours (20-24hrs). It provides the opportunity to balance career and lifestyle while taking ownership of a critical function in the Group.
