Design & Build are seeking experienced Contract Structural Foreman to join a major new-build retirement village high-rise project on the Gold Coast. This is an excellent opportunity to play a key leadership role on a large-scale, multi-storey development.
The Role
Supervising all structural works (concrete, formwork, reinforcement, post-tensioning)Coordinating subcontractors and trades on-siteDriving program and ensuring milestones are metMaintaining strict WHS complianceConducting daily pre-starts and toolbox talksManaging inspections and quality control processesLiaising with engineers, consultants, and site management
About You
Proven experience as a Structural Foreman on high-rise projectsStrong background in reinforced concrete structuresAbility to manage multiple crews and subcontractorsExcellent knowledge of Australian building codes and WHS standardsStrong leadership and communication skillsAvailable for an immediate or short-notice start (preferred)
