We're a family-owned dealership group (Ford, Kia, Isuzu UTE, KGM and Geely) and we back our staff just as much as we back our customers.
What You'll Be Doing
Answering calls with confidence and a smile in your voice
Booking customer vehicles and helping line up the daily flow
Welcoming customers as they arrive (you'll be their first impression)
Jumping in to support our Service Advisors when things get busy
You'll Be Great At This Role If You...
Have a friendly, upbeat attitude
Can juggle multiple tasks without losing your cool
Are organised and love a routine (even on busy days)
Communicate clearly — on the phone AND face-to-face
Have automotive or reception experience (preferred, not required)
Enjoy being part of a fun, supportive team
