About The Role
This role is based in Perth and will report to the Regional Sales Manager. We are seeking an enthusiastic, skilled and experienced sales professional to support and guide other sales professionals while maintaining an active territory and customer base. This role offers a great opportunity with a global medical device leader to further develop supervisory and business skills. The successful candidate will support the business in achieving sales targets, goals and objectives of the division; aid customer satisfaction and business growth through focused planning; and support customers with clinical expertise to enable optimal patient outcomes. In addition, this role will oversee a region and supervise a small team of Territory Managers to provide daily guidance and support, ensuring physicians and patients have access to the latest medical technologies for optimal outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
* Daily supervision of Territory Managers and Clinical Specialists, providing guidance and coaching; engaging and developing direct reports within a high-performance team environment.
* Escalation point for the WA team regarding business opportunities, customers, and concerns.
* Coaching and development of the WA team to broaden clinical and commercial skillsets.
* Develop and execute territory plans to deliver annual revenue commitments and build a sustainable business.
* Build strong relationships with existing customers and develop the market for current and new products in line with divisional goals.
* Complete Neuromodulation training programs and apply these skills in the field, maintaining a high level of technical and market knowledge.
* Provide clinical support, including case support, patient interaction and education, device programming, follow‐up, technical and educational support, and site management.
* Collaborate with the broader Neuromodulation team to identify training, research, and engagement opportunities.
* Apply sound business knowledge of the territory, identify competitor activities, manage tender agreements and customer policies, and complete market analysis and reporting.
* Handle relevant administration: reporting, stock validation and management, and database maintenance.
* Build relationships with key hospital staff in corporate suites, purchasing departments, and other relevant stakeholders.
* Attend meetings, conferences, and exhibitions as required to promote products and services.
* Support the broader ANZ Neuromodulation business on an as‐needed basis.
