We are looking for a creative marketing professional to join our team. As a Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing integrated marketing strategies across digital, social, and traditional platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and implement integrated marketing strategies aligned with IHG brand standards and commercial goals
* Own and grow the hotel's digital footprint by managing engaging, brand-aligned content across various platforms
* Create and curate targeted content that captures the essence of our neighbourhood, inspires guest engagement, and drives direct bookings
* Build and manage strategic brand partnerships, sponsorships, and collaborations that enhance brand positioning and expand reach
* Collaborate with Sales, Revenue, and Food & Beverage teams to design and execute effective B2B and B2C campaigns
* Use analytics and market insights to track campaign performance and guide optimisations
* Lead local PR and community engagement activities, strengthening the hotel's profile within Adelaide and representing the brand with media, partners, and stakeholders
You will also bring:
* A strong background in social media, content creation, and digital marketing
* Experience in partnerships, PR or community engagement (a plus)
* Familiarity with Google Analytics, CMS and CRM platforms
* A degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field (preferred)
