Responsibilities
Face-to-face visits once a month at a time that suits both the volunteer and the young person/their family.
Provide companionship and support, offering a stable relationship and a positive adult to look up to.
Plan and participate in fun activities and everyday tasks that expose the young person to new experiences and help build confidence, social, and life skills.
Receive support from a dedicated case manager from Wesley Mission.
Qualifications
Over 21 years old.
Willing to undergo Working with Children Checks and Criminal History Checks.
Able to participate in youth-appropriate activities such as sports or community events.
Physically fit.
Current driver's licence.
Able to commit for 12 months.
