About our client
This business specialises in delivering solar, battery storage, EV charging and embedded network solutions for commercial and industrial customers.
The Opportunity
Working closely with project managers and engineering teams, you will support the end-to-end coordination of renewable energy projects — ensuring they are delivered on time, on budget and to agreed specifications.
This role is initially offered as a 1–3 month contract, working 2–3 days per week ****** hours).
Key Responsibilities
Coordinate day-to-day project activities and support the delivery of multiple projects.Facilitate communication between internal teams, subcontractors and stakeholders.Maintain accurate project documentation including schedules, plans, reports and meeting minutes.Manage project calendars, milestones and meeting coordination.Support financial administration including client invoicing, payment tracking, subcontractor invoicing and milestone management.Assist with procurement and logistics — obtaining quotes, engaging suppliers and pricing equipment.Monitor project expenditure and assist with budget reporting.Act as a key point of contact for project-related queries.Prepare clear, timely project status updates for stakeholders.Contribute to process improvements and development of tools, templates and reporting frameworks.Support the delivery team with site pre-start and safety planning.
About You
Previous experience in project support, project coordination, or project administration.Background in renewable energy, engineering, construction or utilities is highly regarded.Understanding of solar, battery storage or energy systems is advantageous.Experience with Energy Retailers, DNSPs or STC Claims is highly beneficial.Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities.Excellent communication, stakeholder engagement and attention to detail.Confident managing documentation, financials and supplier interactions.
