About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Property Maintenance Officer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the school grounds, buildings, furniture, equipment and resources are maintained to a high standard.
Key Responsibilities
* Maintaining the school's physical assets to ensure they remain safe and functional
* Solving problems and finding effective solutions to meet the needs of the individual and the school
* Excellent communication and organisational skills with proven ability to complete multiple tasks
* Able to work collaboratively within a team as well as independently
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will require:
* Knowledge of tool use and maintenance
* Trade certificate or experience related to the building and construction industry (desirable)
* Excellent problem-solving skills
* Ability to work at heights (if applicable)
