Role Overview
Retail Assistant (Beauty Advisor) – Part‐time at Sephora within the Broadway team. You will inspire customers and help them become the best version of themselves through knowledgeable product and service advice. You will work across beauty, skincare, haircare and wellness departments and receive continuous training via the company's online learning platform and field trainers.

9. $28.08 per hour plus superannuation and weekend loading
Responsibilities
10. Create a welcoming customer experience, listening to and embracing the unique needs of each visitor.
11. Observe and stay up to date with new products, beauty trends, and techniques.
12. Educate customers on the CRM program to help them achieve their beauty goals.
13. Share and expand knowledge of iconic brand offerings with customers and team members.
14. Participate in cross‐training and in‐store beauty expert training sessions to continuously learn.
15. Share expertise with fellow Beauty Advisors and customers.
Qualifications
16. Previous sales experience in a retail or customer‐facing environment.
17. Excellent interpersonal skills to build relationships with clients and colleagues.
18. Ability to work three full days per week, including key trading periods such as late‐night and weekend shifts.
Employment Terms
Part‐time; hourly rate of $28.08 plus superannuation and weekend loading. This role is scheduled for Thursday through Sunday. Availability for late‐night and weekend hours is required.
