This role is an exciting opportunity for a qualified and experienced Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team on a casual basis. As a member of our Home Care 'Casual Pool', you will be contacted on an ad hoc basis when there are vacant shifts.

The successful candidate will regularly travel to consumers' residences to provide care, assist with the provision of medication, and offer clinical advice and support to less experienced personal care workers.

To excel in this role, you should possess current unrestricted AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse, a Bachelor of Nursing, and relevant skills and qualifications.

Key Responsibilities:

* Provide high-quality nursing care to consumers in their homes.

* Assist with medication management and administration.
">
* Offer clinical advice and support to personal care workers.

* Travel to various locations within the Greater Darwin region.

* Maintain accurate records and documentation.

Requirements:

* Current unrestricted AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse.
">
* Bachelor of Nursing.
">
* Current first aid and CPR certification.
">
* Full working rights for Australia.

* Knowledge of contemporary nursing practice.

* Prior experience working as a Registered Nurse, preferably in a Home or Community Care setting.

* Excellent interpersonal and written communication skills, including intermediate computer skills.
