An exciting opportunity has arisen for a motivated Accounts Payable Officer to join their team on an ongoing basis. About the Role: Reporting to the Finance Manager and working collaboratively among a close knit team, the role will include but not be limited to: Manage the end-to-end accounts payable process including invoice processing, verification, and payment processing. Ensure accuracy and timeliness in processing invoices and expense claims. Reconcile supplier statements and resolve discrepancies in a timely manner. Assist in month-end closing processes and preparation of accounts payable reports. Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures as well as relevant regulations. Assist with ad-hoc tasks and projects as required by the finance manager or senior management. About You: To be considered as a successful applicant for this business, you will be an experienced accounts payable officer. With a proven track record in processing invoices accurately and efficiently, you thrive in ensuring that payments are processed in a timely manner while maintaining compliance with company policies and procedures. Your ability to reconcile accounts, resolve discrepancies, and communicate effectively with suppliers and internal stakeholders sets you apart.
