About the role The Wellbeing Centre provides welcome home away from home accommodation for patients and their carers, who travel from some of the most remote parts of Far North Queensland to receive medical treatment.
The Reception Bookings Officer provides responsive customer service and administration support to the Wellbeing Centre.
What you will bring Experience working alongside First Nations people/communities on activities/partnerships or initiatives Experience working in an office/hotel or health environment providing administrative support and reception services High level of communication and customer service skills Sound level of computer literacy in a variety of software packages, in particular Microsoft applications, and experience with a reservations management system desirable Experience in handling financial transactions Time management and organisational skills with the ability to multi-task and work under pressure with sound attention to detail Current employee Blue Card and a valid Driver's License Why work with us?
