- Administrative experience is required including strong word processing skills, and experience in customer service. We are looking for someone who is eager to learn, great communication skills and will fit in with our clients team culture.
Tasks & responsibilities
- Reception Duties
- **Able to use Tradify and Xero**:
- Scheduling
- Processing orders
- Liaising with clients and subcontractors
- Filing of records
- Typing
- Basic office administration
