Your role at St John of God Bunbury HospitalAs a Grade 1 Physiotherapist, you will work alongside a multi-disciplinary team to provide clinical physiotherapy services to clients/patients using evidence based clinical practice skills. You will ensure practice is in accordance to Australian Physiotherapy Association Code of Conduct and SJGHC policies and guidelines.The role is offered on a Permanent Full-Time, Part Time or Casual basis.The Position:Provide high quality evidence based physiotherapy assessments and treatments for all patients/clients, including the provision of hydrotherapy treatments where applicable.Using patient-centered care work with the patient to develop appropriate physiotherapy treatment goals and plans for all patients/clients.Ensure that direct working relationships are established and maintained with multi-disciplinary colleagues and internal/external customers including active participation in the multidisciplinary team meetingsUse of Evidence Based Patient treatment outcome measures and use of Patient feedback satisfaction measures and quality assurance activitiesParticipate in the physiotherapy department weekend roster if required.Responsible for completing appropriate administrative duties arising from each session instructed. This requires liaison with the office administration team, reporting of statistical data and completion of clinical documentation.You will possess experience with the provision of Physiotherapy services in relevant clinical settings including the provision of hydrotherapy treatments.
