Tech Team Leader - based in either Brisbane or Sydney
We're a growing business delivering tailored ERP solutions for clients across a range of industries. As we scale, we're looking for a hands‐on Tech Team Leader to guide our small development team, own technical delivery, and bridge the gap between business needs and code.
This is a role with real variety — one day you're in a stakeholder workshop shaping a solution design, the next you're reviewing a developer's PR or spinning up a Power Automate flow. What You'll Be Doing
* Lead the design and delivery of ERP customisations, integrations, and technical solutions aligned to client requirements
* Translate business needs into clear technical specs, estimates, and solution designs
* Set and uphold development standards — peer review, testing practices, and release controls
* Provide day‐to‐day technical leadership, coaching, and knowledge sharing across the team
* Communicate directly with clients, consultants, and internal stakeholders to manage expectations and delivery progress
* Explore and implement low‐code AI solutions using Microsoft Copilot Studio and the Power Platform
* Maintain quality technical documentation, solution notes, and knowledge transfer materials
* Contribute to profitable delivery through accurate time recording and sensible scope management
What We're Looking For
* 5+ years leading development teams, ideally in an ERP or consulting context
* Hands‐on experience with ERP software (implementation, development, or customisation)
* Demonstrated experience with AI tools, agents, or workflow automation
* Comfortable working across multiple clients and shifting priorities
* Strong integration experience — APIs, data modelling, and system connectivity
* Solid business analysis capability: requirements gathering, process mapping, solution design
* Exposure to DevOps and release management practices
