About the role
Reporting to the HVAC Supervisor, you will deliver high-quality commercial Refrigeration & Air Conditioning services across a diverse client portfolio. This position is primarily focused on service, maintenance and project works, ensuring reliable system performance and excellent outcomes for customers across the Perth metropolitan area.
Key responsibilities include:
* Carrying out scheduled servicing and preventative maintenance on commercial air conditioning and refrigeration systems
* Identifying faults, troubleshooting issues and completing repairs efficiently to minimise downtime
* Supporting upgrade works, system replacements and new installations as part of project delivery
* Providing practical recommendations to clients regarding system performance, improvements and compliance requirements
* Working collaboratively with other technicians and apprentices while also managing jobs independently
* Maintaining high safety standards and ensuring all works comply with relevant regulations and company procedures
* Engaging in ongoing training to further develop technical skills and stay current with industry advancements
Key Requirements for Success
* Current and valid ARCtick Refrigerant Handling Licence
* Certificate III in Refrigeration and Air Conditioning
* West Australian Restricted Electrical Licence
* Valid Australian Driver’s Licence
* National Police clearance (within 12 months or willing to obtain)
* Ability to pass a Pre-Employment Medical and Drug & Alcohol screen
* Full, Unrestricted Australian working rights
