About the Role
Due to consistent business growth, we are seeking experienced, proactive Mortgage Brokers to service a steady pipeline of warm, pre-qualified residential clients.
This role involves engaging with clients through various communication methods—face-to-face, phone, or zoom—to understand their current loan products or new loan requirements.
As an experienced Broker, you will guide clients through the process, assessing serviceability and loan suitability, supported by a dedicated team of credit analysts and loan processors handling administrative tasks such as assessing borrowing capacity, pricing, valuation, Apply Online submissions and document follow-ups.
Responsibilities
Conduct structured finance sessions to identify and assess clients' needs, delivering exceptional service.
Recommend suitable loan products based on clients' requirements and priorities.
With support of dedicated team of credit analysts and loan processors, manage loan applications end-to-end, ensuring compliance and timely settlements.
Liaise with lenders, other brokers, and internal teams to progress applications.
Maintain accurate records in CRM and compliance systems.
Deliver an excellent client experience that builds long-term trust.
What We're Looking For
Diploma in Finance & Mortgage Broking.
2+ years of mortgage broking experience in residential lending.
Strong communicators with a consultative, client-first approach.
Results-driven and motivated to build long-term relationships.
Confidence using CRM platforms, lender tools, and compliance systems.
Must be willing to undergo and pass a police check and background check.
