About the Role
The Operations and Administration Professional will provide key support to our Canberra branch, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations and contributing to business success.
Duties and Responsibilities
* Carry out receptionist duties, handle customer queries, and manage office supplies.
* Support the Operations Manager with administration tasks, including contractor management and employee documentation.
* Coordinate ancillary services for client relocation and assist with customs clearance procedures.
* Analyze data, prepare reports, reconcile bank statements, and complete other tasks as directed by the Operations Manager.
Requirements
* Certificate III in Business or equivalent qualification.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Able to work accurately and efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
* Familiarity with Microsoft Office software suite.
