A highly regarded Brisbane-based commercial builder is expanding their team due to a high growth phase and extensive pipeline and is seeking Contracts Administrators at Junior, Mid-Level and Senior level to support a strong pipeline of upcoming projects across the education, industrial and commercial sectors.

The Opportunities We are recruiting across three levels include:
Junior Contracts Administrator
Ideal for candidates with 1–2 years' experience looking to build their career in commercial construction. You will be mentored by experienced CA's and Project Managers while gaining exposure to full project lifecycle delivery.
Mid-Level Contracts Administrator
Suited to CA's with solid end-to-end project experience who are confident managing subcontract packages, cost reporting and progress claims with minimal supervision.
Senior Contracts Administrator
For experienced professionals capable of leading commercial outcomes across projects, mentoring junior staff and partnering closely with Project Managers to drive financial and contractual performance.
Key Responsibilities (level dependent)
* Subcontractor procurement and contract administration
* Progress claims, variations and cost reporting
* Budget tracking and forecasting
* Supporting project delivery from award through to final account
* Stakeholder communication with consultants, suppliers and site teams
* Commercial risk management and compliance
About You
* Construction Management, Quantity Surveying or similar qualification
* Experience in commercial construction (AU experience preferred)
* Strong communication and organisational skills
* A team-focused, solutions-driven mindset
