Deliverables
- Select and edit engaging moments from long‑form podcast episodes into short‑form clips (3–10 per episode)
- Add agile captions, subtle motion graphics, B‑roll, and brand elements (logos, colors)
- Ensure all edits are visually captivating, contemporary, and consistent with the host’s aesthetic
- Deliver projects within 24–48 hours of assignment
- Collaborate directly with the founder for feedback and creative direction

Requirements
