I am recruiting for a full-time, permanent, Office Administrator/Customer Service role for Water Treatment Company based within the Burwood Region.
This organisation is located near the train station, and there is also free parking on site.
**Your new role**
General administrative / customer service to our valued customers
General office duties
Managing the office telephone - managing bookings for deliveries, receiving orders and sales enquiries.
Data entry and data maintenance
Basic accounting - Processing payments, managing debit collection and invoicing
Supporting management and delivery drivers
**What you'll need to succeed**
Minimum of 2 years of administration and/or customer service experience
The ability to work in a fast-paced team environment.
Excellent communication skills with a strong focus on customer service.
Exceptional organisational and time management skills
Demonstrated computer skills, including experience in the use of Microsoft Office suite
Prior experience with MYOB is desired but not beneficial.
