The Role
We are seeking an experienced Building Designer to prepare & coordinate detailed construction documentation. You will enjoy a supportive team environment working in conjunction with senior staff to deliver the projects, liaising with sub-consultants as needed and ensuring timely and budget-conscious delivery of high-calibre outcomes for our clients.
Requirements
* Full unrestricted working rights within Australia
* A minimum 3-5+ years of Australian building design experience across diverse sectors, with a primary focus on commercial & retail projects
* Recent experience in the Australian construction industry, specifically expertise in standard commercial building methods, coupled with a thorough understanding of general NCC regulations and Australian Standards
* Strong technical capabilities, with proficiency in Revit, demonstrating both skill and efficiency in producing comprehensive sets of construction documents
* A common-sense approach, excellent time management skills and the ability to problem solve with practical solutions
* Exceptional communication skills and a commitment to quality workmanship
* Proactive self-starter with a strong work ethic and initiative
