Job Summary
A dedicated Medical Records Officer is required to oversee the management and tracking of medical records.
Key Responsibilities:
* Ensure timely retrieval of medical records from the system.
* Develop and implement efficient archiving schedules, allocating tasks and prioritizing accordingly.
* Handle sensitive health information with discretion, adhering to patient confidentiality regulations and organizational data governance standards.
* Upload and enter missing documentation into the internal information system.
* Coordinate task assignments for the filing team, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in the unification process.
* Collaborate with external storage providers and oversee requests and transfers of medical records through multiple systems.
Requirements:
* Effective use of relevant technologies, including Microsoft Office components (Word, Excel, Outlook) and appropriate health management systems.
* Strong communication skills and understanding of handling confidential information.
