They are seeking a driven Senior Contracts Administrator with aspirations for career advancement into Project Management, to oversee the delivery of ongoing and upcoming projects in Sydney, from inception to completion. ABOUT THE POSITION. As the Senior Contracts Administrator/Junior Project Manager you will report to the Project Manager. You will also work collaborative with the site and project team to deliver multiple projects across Australia, from the design stages through to completion. Your role will involve liaising with the client and the project team to ensure that the project is delivered to a high standard. DUTIES.

* Cost control
* Client management
SKILLS & EXPERIENCE.
* Tertiary or Trade Qualification in a building related discipline
* Proven record as a Contracts Administrator on commercial fitout and refurbishment projects
