The Warrnambool Golf Club is the region's premium destination for weddings, functions, and corporate events. We are excited to announce a rare opportunity to join our team as a Functions & Events Manager.
About the Role:
Reporting directly to the General Manager, the successful candidate will oversee all aspects of our events and functions, including:
- Event Planning, Coordination & Delivery
- General Event Operations
- Staff & Contractor Management
- Marketing & Promotion of Events
What We're Looking For:
We are seeking a agile and organised professional who is passionate about hospitality and delivering exceptional customer experience.
Essential Criteria:
- Minimum 2–3 years' experience in event planning or a similar role, ideally within hospitality or the events industry
- Tertiary qualifications in Hospitality, Event Management, Marketing or a related field
- Strong communication and organisational skills
- Ability to lead a team and manage multiple events simultaneously
