Lifecycle Marketing Manager

What You’ll Do
- Develop and execute customer lifecycle strategies to drive growth, engagement, and retention.
- Deliver personalised, data‑driven communications using segmentation and actionable insights.
- Manage and optimise campaigns, applying a test‑and‑learn approach and reporting on.
- Work closely with internal and external stakeholders to ensure seamless customer experiences and strong ROI.
- Ensure all communications meet compliance and industry standards in a highly regulated environment.
Your Experience
- 5+ years’ experience in lifecycle marketing with a strong record of driving growth and retention.
- Expertise in campaign management across multiple channels with strong analytical and segmentation skills.
- Comfortable working autonomously in a fast‑paced, lean environment and adapting to change.
- Proven ability to collaborate with analysts and cross‑functional teams to build and optimise customer journeys.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills with the confidence to challenge and influence.
