Are you an experienced Electrical Project Manager with a background in electrical contracting, looking to take full ownership of project delivery? This is an opportunity to step into a hands‐on leadership role delivering complex electrical works across major infrastructure and mission‐critical projects.
Working with a well-established contractor, you'll manage projects end-to-end, from procurement through to site delivery, overseeing high‐value electrical packages across sectors such as data centres, commercial, and broader infrastructure. You'll play a key role in delivering some of the largest and most technically challenging electrical projects currently underway in Melbourne.
This role suits someone who has developed their career within a contractor environment and is now ready to take on larger, more complex projects while continuing to grow professionally. Experience in data centres is beneficial, but not essential, strong exposure to large‐scale electrical infrastructure will be highly regarded.
The Role:
* Take full ownership of electrical project delivery from planning through to completion
* Manage procurement of materials, equipment, and subcontractors
* Lead and coordinate site teams, ensuring productivity and program targets are met
* Maintain high standards of safety, quality, and compliance across all project stages
* Liaise with clients, consultants, and internal stakeholders to ensure successful outcomes
Requirements:
* Proven experience as a Project Manager within electrical contracting
* Exposure to infrastructure, commercial, or mission‐critical projects
* Strong understanding of electrical construction delivery, including procurement and site management
* Electrical trade or relevant technical qualification preferred
