Job Description:
GFG Projects, a rapidly expanding full-service development and construction company, is seeking a Site Supervisor for the Toowoomba region. Reporting to and working closely with the Project Manager/Operations Manager, you will be hands-on, client-focused, safety-oriented, and a lateral thinker who has a positive can-do approach.
* Minimum of 5 years post-trade experience in commercial construction
* Minimum of 2 years leadership experience
* Excellent technical construction skills with the ability to solve problems, think creatively, and rectify technical issues
* A demonstrated commitment to undertaking work safely and sustainably
* A strong track record of stability with previous employers
* Intermediate computer skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office
* An exceptional level of verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills
* Highly developed time management, scheduling, and organisational skills with the ability to meet deadlines
