We're looking for a motivated individual join our Adelaide team. Reporting to both the Development Manager and Senior Development Manager, this role is a fantastic entry level opportunity to commence your career in property development.
The Role
In this role, you will assist the Development team across the project lifecycle including planning, Development, Sales and Marketing for the Fletchers' Slip and Mount Barker projects. This is a unique opportunity to gain hands on experience across both built form and land development projects.
Some of your duties will include:
* Assisting in the preparation of market research, pricing of releases, product development, coordination of community development initiatives and sales office planning and delivery.
* Engaging with internal and external stakeholders including consultants, contractors and relevant authorities.
* Collect and update data on competition, pricing, costs and analyse to inform project decisions.
* Updating project feasibilities and budgets.
* Managing the property related payments (utility bills, taxes and rates).
* Monthly reporting.
In addition to the opportunity to be involved with a variety of high quality, innovative and sustainable projects, you will be mentored by property experts.
About You
In this role, your positive attitude and willingness to learn are critical.
In addition, you will have:
* Relevant tertiary qualifications in Property or related discipline (for example Engineering, Town Planning, Valuations).
* Basic knowledge of the development industry.
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
* A high degree of motivation and self-drive.
* A pro-active approach with a will to take ownership of tasks.
* A desire to progress your career in the development industry.
* Strong attention to detail.
