We are seeking an enthusiastic Early Childhood Teacher
In this role, you will:
* Design and deliver high-quality educational programs for your room that maintains our standard of excellence.
* Lead, inspire and guide educators within your team to reach their full potential.
* Champion children's wellbeing whilst fostering a safe and secure environment where they can thrive.
* Fostering positive, respectful relationships with children, families and the wider community.
* Work with the Centre Manager to create a vibrant, welcoming and fun environment for our children and families.
What you bring to the table:
* A Bachelor of Education (Early Childhood) as recognised by ACECQA.
* Experience in a long day care environment is desirable.
* Strong competency to provide and maintain a strong educational program.
* Ability to establish and nurture positive relationships with staff, children and families through excellent communication skills.
* A current First Aid certificate, WWCC, and Police Clearance (or the ability to obtain at onboarding).
