This new transmission line will connect the Bannaby 500 kV substation at the Wondalga interface point with HumeLink West.As the HR Advisor, you will provide generalist people management support across blue and white-collar employees. Your role will be to facilitate and support all HR activities including, onboarding, performance management, inductions as well as learning and development on the project to create and maintain an engaged workforce.**Key accountabilities:*** Partner and support the project leadership team in relation to HR* Maintain employee records and transfers through Workday* Support the onboarding of new team members* Assist with visa applications, supporting our immigration team* Coordinate training programs on site* Partner with the regional HR team on a variety of HR projects**Required Skills and Competencies*** Relevant tertiary qualification or experience on an infrastructure project* Knowledge of relevant legislation and various employment laws and practices.* Excellent interpersonal skills, enabling you to maintain effective communication with all levels of the organisation* Highly organised with exceptional time management and planning abilities* The ability to influence, negotiate and motivate others*ACCIONA has been given the Top Employer 2022, 2023, 2024 & 2025 certification in Australia, which certifies the company's commitment to excellence in human resources management and those who focus on putting their people first through their exceptional HR policies.
