Our Culinary Team is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Sous Chef to join our kitchen. As a key member of the culinary team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality dishes that exceed our guests' expectations.
The successful candidate will have a proven track record in preparing and presenting a la carte dishes, catering functions and events, and providing exceptional hospitality service. You will work closely with the Executive Chef to develop and implement menus, manage inventory, and maintain high standards of food safety and hygiene.
* Minimum 2 years' experience as a sous chef or equivalent role
* Ability to provide exceptional quality food and beverage service
* Strong leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire your team members
* Proudly presented dishes that reflect the culinary standards of the hotel
* Working knowledge of Food Safety Standards; HACCP certification advantageous
