**The Opportunity**
On behalf of a large Federal Government Agency, we are looking for an APS6 ICT Workforce Coordinator. This role will work as part of the technology business management team. This is a 12 month assignment based in Geelong or Richmond and will be working Monday - Friday, 37.5 hours per week.
The APS6 ICT Workforce Coordinator is a team membership position responsible for resolving recruitment issues and providing advice and support to the team in relation to ICT workforce coordination and recruitment.
**Responsibilities will include;**
- Identify and prioritise business demands through coordinating and monitoring workforce planning data and reporting
- Oversee compliance related activities
- Provide advice and guidance in areas of APS and labourhire worker procurement
**To be considered for this role, you will demonstrate;**
- Previous recruitment experience
- Ability to manage competing priorities
- Previous leadership experience
- Experience working in a government environment would be advantageous
