About the role
Grampians Health Ballarat is a renowned Aged Care provider, boasting nine Aged Care Communities that have been delivering compassionate care for over 150 years. This includes Jack Lonsdale Lodge, James Thomas Court, Eureka Village Hostel, Geoffrey Cutter Centre, WB Messer, PS Hobson, Hailey House, Talbot Place and Bill Crawford Lodge.

Caring for a diverse range of residents in varied care setting

Participate in the provision of resident focussed, holistic car- e
Plan, implement and evaluate evidence based nursing care in collaboration with the multidisciplinary team to achieve optimal outcomes for our resident- s
Work collaboratively with the Care Community Manager to facilitate and foster best practice standards in nursing care to residents and their families and carer- s
Qualifications and experience
Eligible for registration as a Registered Nurse with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA) and hold a current Practicing Certificate
Current NDIS Worker Screening Check, or willingness to obtai- n
Demonstrated clinical knowledge and skills, commensurate with experienc- e

This position is paid in accordance with the Nurses and Midwives (Victorian Public Sector) (Single Interest Employers) Enterprise Agreement The classification is Nurse Unit Manager (YW11 – YW12) which ranges from $ $60.43 per hour.
