Job Opportunities Specialist
We are seeking a motivated individual to support our participants in achieving their employment goals. As a Job Opportunities Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in identifying and securing job opportunities for our clients.
Your Key Responsibilities:
* Develop Strategic Employment Plans: Work closely with our participants to develop personalized job plans that cater to their unique needs and aspirations.
* Cultivate Relationships: Build and maintain positive relationships with local employers, community groups, and other stakeholders to create job opportunities for our clients.
* Provide Support Services: Offer high-quality support services to our participants, including assistance with skills development, interview preparation, and job placement.
* Evaluate Outcomes: Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of our job opportunities strategies and make recommendations for improvement.
Requirements:
* Eligibility to work in Australia.
* A current driver's licence and comprehensively insured vehicle.
* A MyGovID (Standard level).
* Willingness to complete a National Police Check.
* Able to pass a Working with Children Check.
* Available to work Full-Time Monday to Friday 8:30am - 5:00pm.
