Job Description
* Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
* Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding.
* Collaborate with department heads to understand hiring needs and timelines.
* Maintain and update candidate pipelines and recruitment databases.
* Provide guidance and training to hiring managers on best recruitment practices.
* Ensure compliance with employment laws and company policies during the hiring process.
* Monitor recruitment metrics to evaluate and improve hiring practices.
* Build and maintain strong relationships with external recruitment agencies and job boards.
The Successful Applicant
* Proven expertise in recruitment, preferably within the medical, dental or veterinary sector.
* Strong knowledge of recruitment strategies and best practices.
* Exceptional organisational and time management skills.
* Proficiency in using recruitment tools and platforms.
* Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
* Ability to work collaboratively with different departments and stakeholders.
* A proactive approach with a focus on achieving results.
