Change Manager
to support transformation initiatives across systems, processes, and organisational reform programs. The role focuses on driving adoption, engagement, and workforce readiness through structured change, communication, and training delivery. Opportunities are available across active

Key Responsibilities
Develop and deliver change management, communication, and training plans.
Design and execute communication, engagement, and training plans that drive awareness and participation.
Lead the development of training needs analyses, learning content, and end-user training materials.
Coordinate and facilitate workshops, focus groups, and feedback sessions to embed change and gather insights.
Create help guides, SOPs, and training materials to support end-user adoption.
Facilitate workshops and support readiness and benefits realisation.
Collaborate with HR, ICT, and project teams to embed change activities into delivery.
Skills and Experience
Proven experience in organisational or digital transformation programs.
Knowledge of change frameworks (Prosci, ADKAR, or equivalent).
Good to have exposure to ServiceNow HRSD or workflow automation platforms.
Relevant tertiary qualification; certification in change management desirable.
Security Clearance Requirement: Minimum Baseline
