We’re looking for a Media Specialist to join one of Australia’s leading insurers. This is a newly created position, offering the chance to play a pivotal role in shaping and optimising media campaigns in a high-growth, customer-focused environment.
The Role
Reporting to the Media Manager and working closely with the Media Lead, you’ll be responsible for executing, optimising and reporting on digital media campaigns. You’ll collaborate with agency partners and internal teams to ensure campaigns deliver strong performance outcomes, while also managing stakeholder expectations through proactive communication and insights.
This role is ideal for a digital performance marketer ready to step up, or an experienced specialist looking for a new challenge in a complex, fast-moving industry.
Key Responsibilities
Deliver and optimise media campaigns across paid search, programmatic, social and affiliates, along with all ATL activity.
Analyse campaign data, produce clear reports and provide actionable insights.
Manage day-to-day agency relationships and oversee optimisation recommendations.
Ensure accurate campaign administration, finance tracking and media specifications.
Collaborate with marketing, product and analytics teams to align campaigns with business goals.
Maintain strong communication with stakeholders, keeping them updated on progress and performance.
About You
4–6 years’ media experience, ideally with both agency and in-house exposure.
Strong hands-on expertise in digital performance channels (particularly search and optimisation).
Skilled in programmatic, social, affiliates and media reporting tools.
Excellent stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence and manage expectations.
Analytical mindset, able to turn complex data into clear insights and recommendations.
Proactive, organised and confident in rapid-paced environments.
