As a Saturday Program Leader, you will serve as a mentor, advocate and friend to young people living with disabilities for a 5‐hour program. Your primary responsibility is to ensure their safety and well‐being, while empowering them to make friends, build independence, learn new skills, and celebrate their unique identities.
In this volunteer role, you will receive support and training from professional support workers and facilitators throughout the program. A volunteer coordinator will provide comprehensive guidance and training before you begin.
